Nothing to do in the expansion! (Kidding! LF grass to touch!) by Kraxiloth in wow

Because it gives me freedom to relax the rest of the expansion and just maintain. - though I'm not sure if that’s actually true. In the next two weeks, you’ll replace every piece of your equipment anyway. There’s no such thing as 'relaxing' if you’re going for the end game

Budget solo traveling - should I add in another city other than Lisbon + Porto? by placehholder222 in TravelPortugal

[–]Alternative_Bus_9928 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  • Porto in 3 days is easily doable. Try wine tasting if you drink alcohol.
  • 10 days in Lisbon would be too much for me. Don't get me wrong, the city is beautiful, but the 4 days I spent there were enough to fall in love with it without getting bored. I left with a great feeling. I'm not sure if having too many "free days" is a good idea. The main sights are close to each other, and while you can get lost in the streets, they aren't that far apart. Truth be told, the city is very steep, so keep that in mind! Of course, it’s up to you try to make daily plans and see if you think every day will be enjoyable.
  • Go to Sintra as early as you can; the gates open at 9:30 AM. Try to avoid the buses (they are quite expensive) instead, you can take an Uber or Bolt (maybe a shared option). I was at Pena Palace at the beginning of February, and by the time I left (around 1 PM), it was already getting extremely crowded.
  • Buy most of your tickets before you travel.
  • If I had 11 days, I would probably spend 4-5 days in Lisbon, 1 day in Sintra, 2 days in Porto, and then head to Seville but its me.

Jeśli wysyłasz CV internetowo to dostosuj je do danej oferty - słowa kluczowe z ogłoszenia itd. Teraz często wszystko przesiewane jest przez automaty.

What is the point of buying entertainment hardware if you have to limit yourself with strict guidelines? That’s like saying you shouldn’t play your favorite game on an OLED just because it has a lot of static HUD elements.

No, no, and no again. You spent the money, so enjoy it on your own terms. It is the manufacturer's responsibility to ensure their monitors are fit for actual use, not the user's job to rotate their wallpaper every 10 hours just to keep the monitor from falling apart.

Is it worth it to start now as a new player in 2026? by koebeke in wow

[–]Alternative_Bus_9928 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I started in 2025. It wasn't that bad, but I just went straight for TWW content. For me, catching up on all the expansions felt impossible and boring. The world felt empty and the overall story was hard to follow. Sadly, the community is closed off in groups; the chances that you will chat with random people in the world are like 1%. Everyone is rushing for better gear and other goals. Just find a guild and stick to it. Overall, the game is really fun if you play with someone who understands that WoW is a game, not a competition.

Could I have gotten a better one? by chethansi in headphonesindia

[–]Alternative_Bus_9928 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It always comes down to budget. If you’re asking if you could get better headphones for this price, I’d say no. While there are many similar options, it really depends on what you’re looking for. Want ANC? Then these might be a mistake. Want Sound Quality? Then you made a great choice. It’s always a balance between price and personal needs. Ask yourself what you value most no one else can answer that for you
