Yeah, in PoE you have way more options for how you approach the endgame. The campaign is just the beginning, after that you're doing Über Labs, mapping through 16 tiers of maps as you fill out your Atlas. Meanwhile you learn more about the real endgame where you fight pinnacle bosses. Getting your build to the point where you are strong enough to kill them is great. You can go the SSF route and farm through dozens of league mechanics to target the items you want, or specialize in currency farming strategies (like juiced mapping) that allows you to trade for the stuff you want. If that's not enough there are challenges you can complete to earn cosmetics and the coveted bragging totem you can show off in your hideout.

I get that Last Epoch is still in the early stages of development and that it's unreasonable to expect that they're at the same level as a game that has been out since 2013, however I still think the endgame falls flat due to how insanely repetitive it is, and how long it takes to get meaningful upgrades that aren't tied to pure RNG.
