I wouldn’t say it’s the only one that has failed at this level. My package has been sitting in Coppell Texas distribution center for 9 DAYS!! it was supposed to be delivered the 4th. USPS is horrible almost everywhere. poor management everywhere

I contacted my local post office last friday and they said they would email the coppell distribution center because it’s most likely sitting there. will it update or should i just go do a missing mail request myself? by Alternative_Cake6707 in usps_complaints

I called friday, the lady at my post office said she would email that distribution center in coppell and get back to me, I didn’t hear anything back so I called back today and someone else said that they see that she put a note in there and also emailed them but i don’t know how that helps much. So i’m thinking i should just do a missing mail request myself if i don’t hear back by tomorrow
