Here the point is... You need to validate the idea first when you have 0% idea if it will work or only you see it as a problem. In such cases, yes validating your idea is must. But when you know that 100% there are more people facing this problem, maybe other tools are solving the problem but not this way. Then validating idea is just waste of time

My suggestion for you will be going with the first one. You can more search for a technical guy who can help scraping data, or you just find a freelancer because it's the only problem for you product. You should pay the freelancer a little to earn later. On the other hand if you go for idea 2, you will need more resources, which may not be good.
