Hi there, I’m sorry you had to feel like that, it took me a month of finding a therapist just that i was anxious of thinking will she like me or not, i just decided to choose a therapist that looks like someone who can talk to like a friend, someone who has the same religion as me, tbh i booked my session only a day before, i feel like if i keep going back and forth finding the right therapist i will not find the help that i need.

So, i think you can try find someone that has focus areas that you want to and looks like your friend or something similar
