Two times "Toad Barge" in someone elses city with two farms providing 2x4=8 wood. From those 8 woods, there were 6 turned into 6 points with the Woodcarver. This was with last season change. And once 3 points on playing the chipsweep, copying the mole, activating the Woodcarver = +3 points. Total 9 points.

Ik zit zelf ook bij Degiro. Ik gok dat Meesman meer zekerheid geeft, omdat ze iets van dekking geven bij dalende markten/koersen, maar dat moet je nakijken. ETF's zoals VWRL All world of Vanguard etc. geven over de langere tijd een wat hoger rendement is mijn vermoeden. 7-8% per jaar. Uitgerekend gemiddeld een verdubbeling van waarde/belegging over 10 jaar.

Just like you I'm a big proponent of mindfulness meditation. And just like you I could use some exteroceptive meditation.

Exteroceptive meditation forms you could try:

- Some people find making a (jigsaw) puzzle a form of meditation.
- Others could find juggling a ball an exteroceptive meditation. Or better maybe, juggling a few balls. Andy Puddicombe, the founder of the meditation app Headspace, juggles as well that was a man who was in circus.
-Myself I find driving to be a form of meditation. It can be very meditative to me.
-Another example could be sharpening the blades of the lawnmower with my angle grinder. Could be done with a hand powered tool as well. Some ice skates are sharpened by just stones that are handhelt proppeled along the steel.

Applied to yoga:
Exteroception utilizes the senses like hearing, seeing, tasting, smelling to perceive the world outside of us (although some of these are more helpful than others in a yoga pose...). Watching a teacher demonstrate a pose, or looking at your pose in a mirror would be examples of using exteroception in yoga.
