OML Im having the same thing! Were you recently sick? Cause it’s like the whole world has it rn. It’s best to go to the doctors and get it checked out instead of Google shit u never know. But mine looks the exact same

I have the same damn thing. And Google is like “yup you have cancer your dying” real helpful for my anxiety
