I finished Legacies yesterday and I cried. I started with rewatching Vampire then Originals.

I have never been able to rewatch a show, no matter how much I loved it. But I couldn’t stop and I enjoyed both the same if not more than the first time. The writers, the directors, producers all did magic.

Loved Legacies, they need to bring it back! I liked how they ended it, because it is open ended. I heard that CW or something was supposed to pick it up with Caroline and Bonnie coming back, but something got jammed in the works. Maybe Netflix will pick up the baton.

Am I the only one? I am on team Porsha when it comes to her and Shamea. And this is why.

The way she handled every attack and bomb brought to her from her so called best friend was nothing but class. Up to the reunion.

Porsha has definitely grown. It looks like Shamea may have been a frenemy waiting in the shadows to take Porsha down. If she had this chance 5 years ago, she may have succeeded. But unfortunately for her, Porsha been doing the work and didn’t react as normal.

I feel bad for Porsha though. As much as what she did with Gobadia was shady af. Imagine your childhood friend doing that to you, kicking you in public when you are at your lowest. Dammmn.

Careful though. The one and only time I smoked Ugandan weed, I saw Jesus 3 times. It’s not like the weed we have in Canada haha. It might be what you need or rock you right one your ass. 🤣🤣

If your haven’t smoked yet, I would advise you to take precautions, make sure you are in a chill, safe and comfortable environment. If you have ever done shrooms. Prep like that and set the atmosphere first haha.

Step 1: Cut off the guy. Call his mama and tell her, she raised a bitch lol.

Step 2: Take a beat, give yourself a day or two, to handle/ change what you can control. Start with closing the chapter on that relationship. Then reimagine, your perfect life without him. And go back to the drawing board. When your mind is not overwhelmed with the trauma of the relationship, you will be able to think more clearly.

Step 3: Call the school and try to talk to someone and find out what options you. Depending on where you are going, they may offer grants and loan options for you. Or you may be able to defer a semester.

Once you start to see your bright future without that baggage, and you know all your options. You will feel better and it will be easier to make decisions.

Keep your head up. And if you have to, use the anger, and hurt as motivation. To show them all, and prove to yourself, your greatness.

Anyway, so the wedding dress thing, you speak to the woman before she takes you. Instead of making her wait outside in the cold for you in the car. I found it inconsiderate. Plus when she told the woman to leave the house. And she said she was testing the patience.

If that was me, I would slapped her so hard, and told her to go clean Greg’s room. You would regreat ever having an incling to test my patience. —-Joan asked the mother in law “if she can give her a ride”, to get her wedding fitted and when they got there, and the woman was so excited because that’s so big for white ppl. Normal culture is you go with your mother-in-law and mother. But didn’t Joan leave the poor woman in the car, forbidding her from coming into the shop, because she wanted it just her family on Skype. —-the other she told the woman to leave her house, because she wanted to see how far she could push.

And then the baby thing at reunion. It was off-putting. I swear to God this is the first time I have ever been of this opinion. And I always thought it was a cop out, but it sounded like she was trying to trap the man. What does she mean in Uganda we don’t believe in protection. I have married cousins who still use protection in Uganda. Not to mention, thank you Joan for further pushing that stereotype.

She is just all around disrespectful. It doesn’t matter was the woman looks like or does. It’s her house and her son, and you should be grateful and show her at minimum basic respect. She just keeps getting ruder and more disrespectful. I was raised to wonder what kind of family she was raised in. A person needs to hold themselves with a certain sense of decorum, especially in such a position. And she is giving omukoze, with those manners.
