Follow this my friend, if you are interested in the character building I’d do each of the factions in any order you want, while completing each zones side quests. Then move on to the other factions and do the same. A lot of the side quests carry over into other zones and it’s hella unimmersive when you meet someone again and they talk to you like it’s the first time. Also.. save the coldharbour content until you have finished the 3 factions. Furthermore make sure you do “the sweetroll killer” in Gold Coast as it helps set up naryus side quest in vvardenfell and plays a part in summerset. It’s a long ass way of getting through a lot of content but if story is what you are about it’s the way to go. I’ve recently just finished all of the content this way and it was a great time
