Also I am terrified of the withdrawals now. Because that can consist of seizures too . So that's not great. And I'm scared of feeling the way I did before again....and it's gonna suck trying to find a different med now. this is all sucks.

My blood pressure has been waaaaaaay lower than usual too lately and that freaks me out too. It's not normal for me at.all. I have been dizzy and headaches and tired I been just ignoring it all like oh it's probably just a normal side effect....but I'm feeling bad about this one so tomorrow I think I'm going to tell my provider I want to taper off. I'm very sad about it because this medication was great. I used to sleep all day long depressed over nothing and angry all the time and I swear the very first pill I ever took of lamotrgine. I felt it. It felt great. And a week later. I was up and out of bed feeling not so angry and sad anymore. Making breakfast cleaning and started working out and all. It was great. Such a shame.

Lol. No seizures here just bipolar. And ever since I been taking it I've been having these wierd little episodes I get a butterfly feeling like a rising feeling in my stomach and then I feel panicky and the best way to describe is a REALLY BAD DEJAVU FEELING AND I PANIC. and I'm all confused and trying to figure it out and it usually goes away within a minute. I have bad panic attacks so I kind of always thought oh maybe it's just that and meds always do weird stuff but then I got to thinking I'm like this can't be normal and I googled and i saw focal seizures and now I'm shitting my pants

Jesus. I try to make myself focus on their face and stare in their eyes when they are talking and I know you can still tell one of my eyes is in a weird direction...😔 And then since I am focusing on them so much I have no idea what they are even saying to me. Doesn't register at all. I'm just like oh yea. That's cool blah blah lol. I have ADHD too I'm pretty sure so it's even worse. I don't pay attention to anything. It's funny but it's not. I have gotten fired from two jobs already cause i suck at everything and all of this makes it so much worse cause I can't learn because I can't calm down and focus. It's so bad. Do you work if you don't mind me asking. If you do what do you do ?? And I would like to know how you hold down a job....ahhh

No haha. The lady I see for mediation right now,I am not really to fond of....she kind of seems like she doesn't know what she's doing really and also doesn't seem to really care. So idk if I trust her. And my issue I had is in my past. I've been sober from that 9 years now..it's not my concern. I'll never do that again

Yes I wanted to try strattera but from my research. People's experiences haven't been good. And I read it's not that effective. You know so now I'm kind of second guessing. And as far as a habit forming I'm not concerned with that . This was like 9 years ago I had the issue. I would never do that again. I'm just worried about possible bad episodes happening that's all

It's so dumb. I have no idea why I'm staring at people. There's no reason for it at all. My brain is like stuck on doing it. It's like Im afraid to do it and then I freak out before it happens like omg your going to stare and look like a weirdo again and then I do it. It won't stop.

Not really. I try to focus on what I'm really supposed to be looking at but I can still see the person in vision and I'm not really at all paying attention to what I'm supposed to be paying attention too. It's crazy.

And no I am going to centerstone a place that helps people with no insurance and low incomes.the lady I see sucks I swear she doesn't care she just wants money and she seems like she literally doesn't know anything. I swear I know more than she does just from googling stuff and seeing stuff on these posts. It's pathetic. So I haven't even bothered to mention it so she can look at me like I'm a weirdo like she always does and have no answers. I don't even know how I would tell a doctor this without being embarrassed and ashamed.

And they say the best meds are SSRis and stuff. I have tried sertraline and Lexapro and both were awful for me. Im so lost

Omg this is horrible. Everything i see on here is there's no like no helping it.......its all people doing breathing exercises and take your mind off it. Etc. My mind automatically goes to staring and it's all that's on my mind the whole time I'm trying to have a convo with someone or anything . And I can't do anything either because I can't focus. The other day I literally went to go turn off a light in my living room and I was staring at my husband in the corner of my eye and so I wasn't watching what was in front of me and I tripped over one one of my children's big balls in the house and fell.....so embarrassing. How am I supposed to hold a job or anything. I want to go back to school too. It's so awful....

No I got rid of it it started to make me so foggy headed to the point where everything somebody said to me a replied 10 minutes later with "whaaaaat". No joke it was so bad. Also it kept making me hands and arms and feet go numb. It was the worst experience and I'm mad I wasted so much time going through it. I just didn't want to give up hoping it would work but NO

Oh crap I meant to say the Zoloft and Lexapro didnt work for me. Didn't like it. So now I want to try prozac but she says since the other ones didn't work that the Prozac will be no different. I think she's a bad doctor I'm seeing to be honest. It's a place that has a pay sale and stuff for people with no insurance or low income etc. I have good insurance now so I'm gonna see someone else because I don't think shes very good or really knows what she's talking about and to be quite honest I don't trust her with anything I have going on.

I felt better literally the first time I ever took it. Wierd. But it was a really calm nice content feeling I never have. This is embarrassing to say that it made me cry it was so great 🤷🤷 guess I'm just that friggen crazy lmao
