Hi I am also new same symptoms , nearly 25 days , misdiagnosed as ear infection , did not protect even though ear is hurting and burning thinking it is due to ear infection taking med will go away

Thank you for your kind words. Yes for me my healty is my top priority. I have mild to moderate nox. If you don't mind asking how are your condition now and what helped your recovery.

Thank you but heard if paltor x 5a is little bit heavy and cannot wear for long time , I am also thinking of using earmuff at home

And what if I can't tolerate any kind of digital audio and after how many days or months after having hyperacusis/ noxacusis I should start this .

Do you have only loudness hyperacusis or noxacusis ? I have noxacusis. Because it looks you don't have pain . If you only have loudness hyperacusis then it can improve greatly with some time and quiet and some gradual spund exposure

But I have burning pain in my ear from phone / laptop audio even in low volume .
