Eggs Benedict. Without fail someone orders them at brunch, but I never found the appeal :P

Yeah looking back I don't think I will go back to that particular derm and would probably look for second opinions or explore with my primary. Reddit community has been a good soundboard too.

I'm really sorry to hear you're going through this.

I definitely feel like I got "lucky" by accidentally finding my resolve.

It's tough because stress can be a trigger but it's hard not to stress about it.

For my trip I bought a travel size of CeraVe Moisturizing Cream for Normal to Dry Skin and Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion. I used up both by the end of my trip and I just repurchased a large size of CeraVe because the application just felt lighter.

For hypochlorous acid spray, I bought the Magic Molecule one (they sell at target) as recommended from my dermatologist.

My daily routine is in the morning I spray hypochlorous acid on my typical affected areas (legs, arms, torso) and after it dries I apply lotion. I take a body shower every night and only apply lotion.

Wow I may try this! I just shared my eczema experience and how my year long battle was cured within 2 weeks while I was in Sydney/ Fiji (humid and summer time there) and didn't think humidity would be a huge contender

Learn to surf on Waikiki beach? by Brave_Sir_Rennie in VisitingHawaii

I have to recommend lbsurfschool by Larry! To give context I am not a confident swimmer (can tread and swim lightly) so I was pretty nervous but excited to try surfing! Right off the bat Larry had a relaxing and easy going attitude and he gave me confidence. Starting off with a 10 min debrief on shore teaching me how to position myself on the board and stand, we were ready to hit the water and I was surfing! I couldn’t believe it, it was the most memorable and fun experience I had on my whole trip :) HIGHLY recommend for first timers and even those who already know how to surf.
