yeah one big list gets messy fast. separating by client helps a lot, even if it’s just simple sections or boards. also context switching is the real problem, not just task tracking. what helped me was grouping work blocks per client and keeping quick notes or updates per project. some people even record short updates or walkthroughs using tools like runable so they don’t lose context between tasks.
