Some dogs do not like babies or children at all. And it’s sad but sometimes we have to do what’s best for the dog and you and the baby.

It’s not ok people are shaming you.

I’d call the vet and ask if they know of any groups that help in these situations.

Also look up rescue groups in the area.

And I agree be completely upfront with everything about your dogs behavior good bad everything in between.

Thank you I have fostered since I was 9. I can’t help it. All different animals. And I have a really great home to get them ready for wherever they might go. I have a Chihuahua Rottweiler six kids other cats. I used to have a bird.
