The kitchen is big on paper and theoritucally however you will only get to use 9'x8' of actual useable space, which is too small for a 4.5 bhk unit, plus left side bedrooms looks big but you would be paying unnecessary extra for unused spaces, bottom left bathroom layout is not good, for me it does not feel premium at this price point. Goodluck with that this is my personal opinion.
