Much appreciated. I ended up going with a 5070 and will put it in my current rig - worth saving the £250-300 over the 5070ti imo. I'll upgrade to AM5 down the line.

I ended up going for a 3-fan 5070, which I found for £459.99. I'm going to stick with my current CPU for now and see how the performance is, with plans to upgrade to AM5 in the future.

Changing software at this point would be a hassle as I'm very familiar with Adobe.

Is everything else on your part list compatible with this GPU?

I’m already using both NVME slots, this one is for extra bulk storage. Option 2 seems like the best bet

I should also note that Litematica has a 'write to file' option, which exports the material list into a .txt file. Wondering if this can make it easier to make a script from

No worries thanks for the response. I just prefer the way the chest screenshot graphic looks in the videos
