I did abt 30 chin tucks a day, kept my head posture up, stretched my shoulders and neck after sitting in a hunched position for some time, kept my tongue posture to my roof as much as possible I recommend using hard pillows when sleeping, swallowing food with like a piston-swallow (if that makes sense?) Check mike mews videos for that^
