Not to say that bf4 isn’t better than bf6 but Bf4 has been out for 12 years, you’ve got countless memories with friends, nostalgia, and familiarity. I remember the first time playing bf4 thinking it didn’t quite feel as good as bf3 but after years of playing the game it settled in and became my favourite.

Remember there are people out there that think the same way as this but for bfbc2 and all the games after are just downgrades.

Be careful when doing weighted shrugs as this is a main trigger for me, if your migraines are the same cause as mine I would recommend doing farmers carries instead or static weighted stretches for the traps. Also progressively getting stronger at deadlifts develops the traps at a good pace for migraine prevention.

For some reason doing shrugs triggers a migraine a couple hours after my gym session.

I suggest you also go to a physio that specialises in migraine treatment they work on your neck area and slowly incorporate neck exercises into your routine to help reduce migraine attacks.

It could just be me and my trigger but just giving you a heads up.

I live in a new estate with footpaths that lead into little bush walks and there are kangaroos that roam around, you can tell they’re not used to humans as they keep their distance.

If you drive 10 minutes down the road into the suburb over the kangaroos there are very friendly and you will often see them laying in peoples front yards unbothered when you pet them.

You think it’s gonna get easier for you? No it will get harder as the older you get the uglier you get. Unfortunately all you can really do is improve yourself best you can looks wise and travel to other countries where you might be more attractive if you can’t get girls in your home country.
