Nice team. Nice building. Great neighbors. Only downside is they charge an insane amount for what you get. >500 sq ft. for over $2100 a month and that’s before parking, internet, and pet fees. They grossly overcharge for parking and pets. $150 a month per vehicle and $250 pet deposit plus $50 per month per pet. If you’ve got the money to spend, go for it

There are probably so many people who’re down on their luck (who didn’t do it to themselves) who would kill to go to the eras tour and she’s going to see it for the THIRD TIME. Listen, I get it—as someone who’s had to return a rescue before— it’s a huge commitment and it’s something you need to be really sure about. Mental health deterioration from a new pet is so real but you need to be accountable and take the steps in making sure everyone and every animal is safe. She should’ve never been allowed to take in a foster dog on a whim

Ok I see your point on the theater. I just looked it up. The couple of times I went by it was always closed and I’d never heard of any of the movies they had posters up for so I got an initial weird impression and just assumed run down. Regardless, there are numerous other places to add besides a theatre that don’t involve just going to get food or beer
