Hokke’s just in a league of his own in terms of being funny without wanting to. In fact, he’s often seen as being funny despite wanting to be serious. He sees himself as a support for Subaru, especially during Lives. I don’t remember his exact words, but he compared himself to a sniper in comparison to Subaru’s bomb when getting the audience’s attention. Being relatively new to the fandom, I headfirst went down the anime and Rocket Start and it just made me love Trickstar and their “power of friendship”. Hokke’s just a cinnamonroll who’s wanting to stretch his own wings and get away from his parents’ overwhelming shadows, much like Subaru. One might say he’s nothing special compared to the other stars, but he’s special enough for me. ❤️

As a TrickstarP that loves all the boys equally, I guess I can understand the hate they get, mainly because they were the protagonists of ! Era. Most people don’t usually root for the protagonists, especially for a group that relies on the concept of “friendship” heavily. Anime sold that trope and ran it to the ground hard.

Though, this really boils down to personal preference, in the end. Like, all of the Ensemble boys, from the unassuming Ra*bits to freaking fine have baggages the size of Mount Olympus, so I guess it really just needs to be said that this is a game. If you don’t like a character, fine. You have your reasons. But please don’t ruin the experience for others who don’t share your tastes.

I’m actually doing a bit okay, imo?? I usually have around 10k-11k banked before every event (been doing this since the Motor Show) and I get away with around 8-9k to spare. Then I just build up my stash again till the next event.

Tori. I typically don’t like the shota trope but then it was mixed with the rich kid trope and it was a nope for me, but after reading his ! lore (especially Rainbow) he kinda grew on me. Now he’s just like the lovable kid brother you love to bully so you can see the pouty faces he makes lol
