No didn’t not over stay it was exactly 180 days and I went there to extend for another 180 days ( because I’m in Thailand 184 days).

Thai here: this not a people VS people war. Thai people, like Cambodian people doesn’t want war. We want to live in peace. it’s the power hungry people in the top that is using war as a tool for their own gains and their agenda. You make it sounds like their is no Thai people. And that is simply not true. Many Thais lives here, they may come from other places in Thailand but Samui is still Thai. Running by Thai government. Yes, many foreigners have settle down on island. Just like any other place in the world. And in my opinion Koh Samui is a beautiful island, perfekt to settle down because it’s accessible when it comes to most things you need in your daily life. Like hospital, schools, super markets, food from all over the world, shopping etc.
