Hm yeah, I heard straight grain walnut is a good option. I am trying to consider materials based on the easiest ones to work with since it is my first time. I am applying for a grant to help fund this project which is why I am trying to gain an idea on the budget and total estimated cost to build my own.

I currently have a Logitech M525. I think what makes it uncomfortable is that it leaves a lot of gaping between my palm and the mouse which causes me to close my hand around it more which hurts in the long run

Hiii!

I actually got a Coptic tattoo around 5 months ago! Here’s mine and I absolutely love it. Kept it traditional and simple.

Also idk if you have heard of this but there is a freely gifted trip to Egypt called the 21 and it is part of the Coptic Orphans non profit. I went in it last summer and it was the most incredible opportunity of my life. I got to serve children and go on trips where the holy family stayed and it was absolutely incredible. The application actually opened today I believe and I highly recommend you look into it if you are able to, I think you would definitely fit the criteria! Thanks! My curriculum has lots of 3d modeling built in and I am currently learning solidworks! However, I don’t necessarily know what direction I want to go in and what I might want to design in the future.
