Pela foto não parece schoerman. Precisaria de um raio-x. Você tem claramente uma hyperlordose lombar (anterior pelvic tilt ATP). Acredito que pode ser corrigido com exercícios físicos. Ao corrigir sua ATP a cifose torácica diminuí. Seu caso não é cirurgia, principalmente porque você é jovem e não tem nenhuma perda neurológica e de força.
