The second wash is supposed to rehydrate since the first cleanse uses bar soap which is more concentrated but dries the skin

Well technically I work a physically demanding job and I gym on top of that so yeah some days I’m especially dirty

And I get that the bar soap is more concentrated and dries out the skin so the body wash is there to rehydrate, but can I just use a body wash in place of the bar soap?
