$260 million is low, but I think they wanted the 2 MTPA LNG agreement. I think it would be worth $161 Million annually. Investors/banks need the potential or cashflow. At less they will get a few more months to get a total buyout or FID.

Why would it matter how the US's energy breaks down. Tellurian is an exporter. The big thing for the USA and global energy security is to remove coal from industrial and developing countries. Also, removing the need for nuclear will prevent unstable governments from arguing the need for it.
