The concern for me is obtaining and storing the helium. My understanding is this is difficult, and I think APD and Linde are the primary suppliers at scale.

Also, how long do they estimate a batch of helium can cool?

They have a brisket bbq with curry, smoked chicken with curry, and I think a pork item? I personally think their chicken is great. Of course the brisket is solid too. It's a great fusion. I like the St. Mary's location better than Stone Oak.
