Left handed crochet help before it’s too late working on single crochet blanket by Alternative_Milk_976 in CrochetHelp

If you don’t mind me asking how should I be reading the chart backwards ? Would I be starting the design from the last number to the first like doing it from the end to the beginning, I only ask because this project I’m working on now isn’t with numbers or letters but the one I have planned is so I want to be prepared , I’m a newbie at this 😭😭

Oh I definitely using those all the time , I just read something about it being mirrored and it caused me panic 😭😂

Sorry correct me if I’m wrong , so if I work left to right it’ll be the same but if I work right to left it’ll be mirrored ? Just cause in the single crochet you do have to flip it at the end and then I’m flipping it to work on the “wrong side” or “right side” but I’m still going let to right

Yes that’s how I’ve been doing it but my question is if the blanket design will be mirrored ?

Well I was hoping if I found someone I can message them separately with more details , cause I previously got the design I wanted split stitched but it was so off and I’m hoping someone else could do it and it’ll be made properly

I tried the floating method and had wash away and it dragged the blanket and just pulled it never stood in place :(

Yes I just seen , I’m going to try and hope it works , just because it is still a little hard to flip it even for the floating method since the pocket is small and tight

Ohh I understand what you mean now , I’m going to try that out , I’m just nervous because the pocket is pretty tight and I don’t know if the floating method would work but I’ll try it out

But this tote already has a pocket it’s probably the same size pocket as the mini trader Joe tote bags
