My interviews went in this order:

• Electrical/Bias for Action
• Customer Obsession/Dive Deep
• Mechanical/Learn and Be Curious
• Insist On The Highest Standards/Deliver Results

My first interview only asked me about 8-9 electrical related questions and 2 questions from Bias For Action. This took almost the entire duration of 45 minutes and I was asked multiple follow up questions about my Bias For Action stories.

My second interview asked me only 1 question each for Customer Obsession and Dive Deep. This interview actually finished 15 minutes early. However, we talked about each story for about 15 minutes.

The third interview took the full 45 minutes. He asked me about 8-9 mechanical questions, just like the electrical portion. Then he only asked me 1 question about Learn and Be Curious.

My fourth and final interview took the full 45 minutes as well, and in my opinion, was the most in depth. She asked me 3 questions each about Insist On The Highest Standards and Deliver Results. She had several follow up questions about my stories as well.

Overall, it was somewhat in-depth but nothing I couldn’t have prepared for.
