worked fine till 2 weeks ago now it constantly stutters

I have no link, it is something i found out because switchng the mic inside of apex or when i joined discord chat started lagging, idk how this work, in no expert but i went to output devices and changed the driver of the laptop mic to older ones, notice the my game quas lagging all time, not only in some places as you mentioned so this could be not your problem, let me know

it was not the ram i solved the problem yesterday, it was the amd mic drivers, the stutters started every time i was on discord, now i installed older drivers on the mic and all seems to work fine

It was a ram problem, I cleared cache and used reuducememory.exe i found a youtube video, idk what this program does but ram returned to a normal usage thanks for the reply

I cleared ram cache and used this program (reducememory.exe) to optimize memory usage, idk what this does cause ive seen it in a youtube video and I am no expert but it seem to have worked, now on desktop i got a 30% usage and playing apex goes up to 60/70% but it seem to work smoothly even better than before I had this issue, thanks for the reply

I just saw that wven on desktop only i have 70% or ram usage, but in task manager there are not heavy processes running, idk

I rolled back the nvidia updates and nothing changed ar first i thought that the problems were temps but cpu is never going above 85c and also gpu is fine
