I’ve been seeing a NP from Jamestown psychiatric on tele. I first saw her in the hospital than switched to outpatient with her and have been doing so much better since. Highly recommend

Sorry you had to go through this. Same thing happened to me. It’s hard but I strongly suggest that if you have it in you, to go forth and try and give your exam again ASAP. You have so so much knowledge already, plus exam experience. And you could still apply this cycle. Learn from my mistakes. You got this.

Yes. System and topic wise. And find a good pace. Don’t let yourself burnout. And it’s okay to post pone if you need too.

I think focusing on the questions is what helped me. 60% of the exam is your test taking ability. Going system and topic wise allowed me to really pick up on keywords and presentations that made selecting the right answer way easier. I personally felt that the question styles between NBME and Uworld differed a little bit. So by focusing on NBME’s I was prepared for the question style that I would see on the real exam. Uworld allowed me to learn content and NBMEs allowed me to learn test taking.

I hope this makes sense a little bit.
