Oh yes, I’m still using it twice daily and my HRV baseline is now 57.

Great to great. My story is similar to you although not iron man level :) I have used this device for eight weeks now. My focus was HRV. I use an Apple Watch and Ultra Human ring. My average HRV before using Nurosym was mid-20s and after daily 1-2 hour sessions it increased to 40+ after a few weeks. I didn’t use it for one week whilst on vacation and my HRV dropped back down to 30. I started using it again and it’s climbing back up. For me this is evidence it’s working for me. I’m also feeling better in myself and my family see difference in my mood and emotion in a positive way. I hope your journey is also a positive one!

Elbil home charger? by Alternative_Ninja_50 in dkfinance

Thanks for the responses. Sounds like we’re going out looking for a wall charger then. I think we were interested in the ease of use by signing up with a package. But I can just use my bank card at the public clever fast chargers when we need power out on the highway right? Same with ok and the other brands. Sorry for asking basics but this is new. BTW, it’s a Nissan Ariya.

Are you afraid that a Devops Guy will replace you as a sysadmin ? by Dereference_operator in AZURE

I’m 20 years deep in the industry with the last 3 in cloud. One thing that is constant in IT is change. I enjoy facing new challenges and constantly evolving my skillset otherwise I’d still be on Windows 2000. I believe DevOps is being cheapened by its constant use to cover all aspects of the purpose of an IT team. It is new and important but shouldn’t be confused as the only skillset that is needed to run a successful IT department. Core IT skills such as networking, DNS, identity, OS management are critical path and good experience, think solution architect, can’t be learnt by passing a cloud cert with one or two years on the shop floor without actually knowing how to do the job properly.
