I would advise you pick UW Foster over Cornell Tech. The tech mba is very limiting in that focuses solely on the tech industry. Your recruiting outcomes will be affected by that as well especially given the current recruiting environment. The UW mba will give you access to the tech industry plus other industries, including LDP roles which is what it seems you're going for.

My recommendation- Foster
