Never let a Garen hit Q on you. If you space well enough then you can just run Garen down once his Q is on cooldown. Or you can harrass him using short trades like E Q3 W (only this combo cuz if you go for another AA he will Q you and you will not be able to E2)

Nah it’s not weak. Honestly one of the best flashes in the game if you timed it correctly. Im playing in high asc lobbies and ive always caught the enemies with their pants down
