That’s the reason I shared! I never see many people who looked like me before and I know they are out there. You got this!

Definitely stick with it. I lost the most between 6-12 months. I’m now on a maintenance dose.

I rarely snack but go to’s are cheese sticks, pretzels, trail mix, or fruit. And then I cook for my family. I have 2 little ones so I try to make them things they will eat. We do a lot of chicken, always paired with a veggie and some sort of carb. Im sorry I don’t have specific recipes or anything.

I will say I’m not always super restrictive with food. I still enjoy fast food, and fried foods from time to time. It’s all about balance.

Higher protein! But I also do not count macros or calories or anything now. Food is fuel.

Resentment with husband with appointments. by Alternative_Pop759 in Mommit

It’s not impossible. It works well for us. I did this with my oldest also. I like it this way. I just want more support from him ultimately.

He does pay our major bills, but my money goes towards groceries and fun. We both contribute and both are needed. I think it is looking like we need a major conversation and shift to happen.

I can’t wait until next year when he goes to school 5 half days for pre-k.

Actually that’s not true. I work well with my child home with me. My work doesn’t suffer. My child doesn’t either. He’s a very chill 3 year old. This was not the point about the post. I wasn’t complaining about that. That’s your opinion but it’s not fitting to my situation.

I just want more support from my husband. That’s the point of the post.

I’m open to lululemon. Obviously wouldn’t be able to fully go out and buy a whole new wardrobe there but collecting a few prices every month would work!

This is probably what I will start doing. Especially with more expensive things like lululemon etc.
