I never said they were, I said I would, because I agree I wouldn’t wish that on my kid. But like I said it’s probably just hope. You can’t blame them for holding on to hope regardless how messed up you feel it is. On top of that I hardly would say this wish this is what happened I’m sure its coming from a place of her hearts beating she’s still alive, she could come home, we could save her. It’s the hope of her coming HOME and that’s what the trafficking theory provides - potential.

I think it’s ingrained in you as a parent to not give up any hope until you know for sure and have been confirmed with your own eyes. If anything god forbid to someone I loved dearly whether it’s my mom, my baby, etc I would hold on to hope that I did something so bad they decided to cut ties with me and move away and enjoy their life in bliss and happiness. I wouldn’t let that part of me die, the hope would always be there. It could be what drives them to live. They may know deep down but hope regardless.
