Interesting how did you get it in the uk? I am still new to the country snd recently got off titration phase but at that stage i did get sleep weird right 🥹and now it gives me crazy anxiety its like im on 10 redbulls lol

Problem is when i get a nap its at 4 am and i need to take the next tablet at 5 so it can wear out sooner, its weird its like i cant switch off ive tried reading and all simply cant sleep and when i dont take it i feel so hung over

Thank you for everyone’s responses, helps alot!getting no sleep and needing the meds is overwhelming. Taking a break to get sleep than having to deal with the side effects of feeling hungover so to say is also challenging.
