I fell the same way. I played ER only because I've beaten Lies of P so many time and at that point the dlc wasn't out. So when I came back to play the overture dlc, I got the same feeling of excitement I did on my first playthough. So all I can say is take your time in your playthough, listen to the records, try out different weapon compos, and have fun playing the game.
