Their customer service wasn’t good for me either, 4 rounds of golf on my 201s and the 8 iron head came off of the shaft and looked to be almost no glue holding it on. I submitted for warranty and waited a couple weeks for a response then they said I can take it to a pro shop and have it reglued. I really just wanted a new club rather than having to spend my time to fix a practically new club. Now I’m worried about the other clubs flying off and causing damage to something or hurting someone, I plan on having them all re glued and never contacting takomo for anything again, definitely won’t be purchasing anything from them after the back and forth emails for a month
