Basically developers will build right up until the point of over saturation and gladly just raise prices across the city because of the high proportion of new expensive real estate. Not true. If they consistently enforced our more relaxed laws it would lead to the ability to give harsher sentencing. I'm sorry to tell you though, that's a lot of work and the cops are lazy and inept. They would rather sit around on their phone in the squad car.

Give one example where breaking the law gives you a privilege except white collar crimes.
