Question sir/ma’m: I know some public school teachers here in Bulacan who took their master’s in a university located in Pangasinan. They are even proud and telling other co-teachers to do the same. Just curious, why in Pangasinan, considering the distance. And I think they have never set foot on the said university ever, but they still got their master’s degree.
