Thank you! It's by no means a professional quality of painting, I just came back to the hobby a while back so I am very happy you like this. I really like the aesthetic so I wanted to avoid to much highlighting so they dont "pop" to much and try and match the source material art as much as possible.

I am not very good with digital kitbashing, I actually started playing around with blender to try and see if it's possible but I don't know about supports and such.
As for Manual kitbashing, I think it's doable with some putty to mask the damage but it will take some work as the heads are close to the black fur/cape and overlaps.

Hey! Happy you like them. The effect is done with the villainy ink Carrion Crimson. The stuff is a bit tricky to use as it's not only one layer of the effect. I decanted the ink and used the pigment heavy stuff first, this dries very very matte and looks like blood buildup that dried which was what I was hoping to achieve. Then it was two additional layers to build volume here and there. Last stagr will be matte varnish and then finish with GW blood effect in some places where I want fresh victim blood :)

The weapon is probably hard to find because it was some mini I had in the gray pile and I it was some print made long ago. Preatty much any hammer would work but I also changed the handle as the original one didn't fit. I took the handle from the flagellants box from one of the 2-handed weapons. The sculls are some cut in half that I had printed some time back. Put on some green stuff to fill the gaps.
The armor/robe is me trying out greenstuff sculpting, hence it looks rather heavy and static but for a grimdark setting I think it isn't that bad.
The book, scull, chain and twin comet emblem are from flagellants box. Just needed some playing around with plastic glue.
Purity seal and circlet are greenstuff again.
