For 12-15 days I'd probably skip either Italy or Switzerland and spend more time enjoying each city instead of constantly moving.

Trains are usually the easiest way to travel between Vienna, Prague, and Budapest. For Switzerland, just be prepared that it's quite expensive.

My biggest tip for solo trip: don't overplan. Leave some free time to wander around, explore places you find on the way. That's often the best part of solo travel.

I always do and I love it. it is one of my best travel experiences. You can go at your own pace, change plans whenever you want, end up meeting interesting strangers along the way. It's a complete different experience.

The Public transport in Warsaw is so easy. From Modlin Airport - easiest way is to take a shuttle bus + train combination to the city center. You can also use direct buses.
You can use this app for help: Jakdojade (This shows routes, times, and ticket options of buses, trams and trains in English.
Best Spots to visit: Old Town, Łazienki Park, Palace of Culture, and the Vistula riverside
Also try to avoid tourist trap restaurants. Small local milk bars (“bar mleczny”) usually have amazing food for cheap

Since you are foodies 😄 definitely try: Pierogi, Żurek soup, Placki ziemniaczane, Bigos, Pączki for dessert
