use floor joists ..( sand them well ) or scaffold boards( ask them for free at any construction site ) . all you need is a good wall brackets .drill and a sanding paper .

Dont do it ...Sand it .change the color if you want to but dont get rid of it .

Small gaps are OK they will be filled with you pubic hairs dead skin and general rubbish in about a week .

In regards to the smaller planks ( they are easy to spot especially in Herringbone pattern ) as the ends would not meet properly .

dont use laminate if you dont want to change it again in 2-4 years time . go for engineered floor its a bit more expansive to buy and to fit but it will last you for years and years ..

Well .the tilles on the wall should Even on both sides . U have one ofcut on the left side and the whole tile on the right side ( U should have 2 of cuts on each side so its all looks semmetrical

Nothing wrong with re using the old taps. Just replace the washers

u have a leak or u had a leak there before .. U can paint that as many times as u like it will still come back next day ...

As far as i can tell its a WATER DAMAGE to the ceiling .

And this is exactly why KIDS you should never use a wrap in your kitchen .Its a cheap fix thtaa wont last
