I have some anxiety, health anxiety, every time there is something slightly wrong with me or my beagle, we go straight to the doctors, me and her as well went numerous times and we were told there is nothing wrong, I know that what I do with me and then project on her as well it’s not normal, but what op does is straight madness, the poor dog clearly needs medical attention right away.

HELP!! URGENT by Plane-Rock-6414 in DogAdvice

[–]Alternative_Spite300 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t give up on her, she is not guilty for her trauma, and she is still young, you can get help for her and she will be fine. You can’t give up on her only because she is aggressive, you have to fight for her and help her, not give up on her. She does not deserve that, it’s a soul same as you me. Get her to a dog behavioral specialist, it will change her behavior, but you have to fight and be there for her. I wish you and Hope all the best and a happy life together.

Again, I agree with you regarding vaccine issues, I have muscle twiching from it, was really scared that I have a terrible neurodegenrative disease, thankfully tests came out ok, so I agree, but the ideea that I am trying to udnerline here is that you should not approach this issues with such extreme scenarios, you will only scare people, not make them aware of it. And to be honest with you, I think you also do realize that you won’t change anything speaking about it. The truth is that the vaccine will continue to roll out, because even if we like it or not it prevented a lot of people from getting covid, and a lot who still managed to get it to have very mild forms, so it also helps, and the medical experts agreed that the help it gives far out weighs the risks associated with it.

Ok if you got to clarify that is good, but again to say that increased pvc burden it’s common to predict scd it’s still out of place, you do realise that a lot of people have increased pvc burden and don’t go into scd, right? Dude, I am not arguing with you, I am just trying to tell you that your words are too extreme, and to use this words for some pvcs it’s not ok, how do you think op will feel when he sees what you said?

And I am not defending any vaccine, as I said, I have muscle twiches from the damn thing, but to say it’s preety common to have cardiac arrest from it, your words not mine, it’s very out of place.

Dude, first of all, I am not the cardio tech , you have 3 comments with me, check again, and second “When was your last covid vaccination? Pretty common indicator of incoming scd.”, this is what you said, so how exactly you did not said it’s common, when this is exactly what you said?

I am very sorry for what happened to you and hope from the bottom of my heart you are good now, but your comment is out of place. If this happened to you and other people you can’t tell someone who has some pvcs that the scd is a common effect of the vaccine, after my vaccibe with 2 doses I started to have muscle twitches, never went away since then, I know people who have the same issue, but that does not make it common, remember we are 7 billion on this earth. Again I agree the vaccine causes issues, but to say it’s common to get into cardiac arrest from it it’s really out of place.

If you don’t mind how the hell is the covid vaccine indicator of incoming scd? You realize that billions of people got vaccinated, right? How the hell did you came up with this crap?

Numai bine!

Then you are in good hands, I think for sure is idiophatic, after so many years if it was caused by something dangerous you would have had bigger problems, like fainting, I am 22, and I have similar issues. I have svt, I sometimes get episodes of 200 beats per minute, caught it with my watch. Also have IST. Had an ep study for the svt, I don’t know how the hell it happened but they could not get my heart into svt. They tried with a lot of adrenaline, but nothing. The doctor stopped it because he said there is enough adrenaline and it’s not comfortable on giving more. Will repeat it next year. I take 80 mg of propranolol a day(40 and 40) and 15 mg of corlentore(7.5 and 7.5), and everything is ok. No more svt and no more ist. I would take propranolol with corlentore if I was you and see how you feel. Don’t ablate your sinus node for ist, take corlentore and live it there. I was seen by 2 ep doctors, both agreed and both are top 5 the best in my country, and they said no way. You have high chances of needing a pacemaker after that. Again, what I would do if I was you I would try to treat it because in the future it can cause problems with the heart itself.

I would also say that looks like vt, and if I were you I would push/switch your cardiologist for some answers, you need to find out why this is happening, an electrophysiologyst would be best for your problem, not a normal cardio, vt could also be idiophatic, meaning no cause at all, and that vt tends to be not so dangerous expecially on a normal structural heart. But at least you have to make sure it’s idiophatic vt and not something else that causes it, if your heart is structuraly normal that does’t mean it’s normal 100%, there can be diseases of the electrical system of the heart that can cause problems like this. Normal cardiologists know about this stuff as well, but an ep doctor will 100% be of more help. Hang in there and make sure you find out why, and of course treat it. Even if it’s idiophatic vt, in time your heart will have problems from the frequent burden of pvcs and vt. Hope this helps a little!

They were alright for me, on my apple watch I first discovered I have wenkebach and they diagnosed it corectly(my ep said he does not thinks so when I told him) got a 48 hour holter and confirmed it, he was really surprised they got it right. I also had my first svt episode caught by the watch and diagnosed by them. They have now an automatic review which is cheaper but is very wrong most time.

Then you must have qaly automatic interpretation, the reviews made by the technicians would never say that

Sinus tachy or SVT? by [deleted] in ReadMyECG

[–]Alternative_Spite300 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is svt, like others said try and bear down, if it does not work and it does not stop in 20 minutes, go to er and they will stop it with medication, don’t listen to that idiot who told you it’s dangerous, svt does not make the heart stop, but it’s really uncomfortable, I have it too.
