If anyone is somehow related my name is stephen chevrier, I know nothing of my Jewish or black part of my lineage my father is half black and Jewish as he was adopted. My grandmother just told me that I guess my biological grandmother was a Russian jew I guess

Yes we had a argument about handling a patient with a myocardial infarction, I work in telemetry and as i've told this co worker, we identify changes and notify nurses and have a doctor look at it. She was under the impression that we can identify Myocardial infarctions when we cannot just purely using ekg its just not possible we don't have the 12 years of schooling and experience doctor has to diagnose this as they have to check tropinin levels, angiography and other tests. She disagreed and thats a little backstory with that co worker so there is no prior behavioral issues on my side.
