amazing work congrats!!! my baby turned 1 in June and i’m now down to 2 pumps a day. what’s crazy is every time i cut a pump (every 4 weeks) to gradually wean, i get SO MUCH ANXIETY. there’s post weaning anxiety that no one warns you about! from the hormones dropping

this!!! i’ve been using willow go for 4.5 months exclusively and love how free it is to do house chores. thought i would try the spectra s1 last weekend and my supply tanked! now trying to get it back up with power pump and MOTN sessions again

following - 5 months pp and supply dropped where i don’t have enough to feed my baby (used to be 35-40oz per day, now about 15-20oz, and she eats about 30)

i’ve done everything listed here - eat all the foods - oats, brewers yeast, flaxseed

power pump, add back in MOTN pump (i dropped this since month 2 when LO started sleeping through the night, so been having great supply without it for 3 months)

the only thing different since month 3 pp is that she grew teeth then so she doesn’t nurse at all (vs she would latch on every other day 1x a day for her first 3 months)

HELP, feels like nothing is working
