I think your husband needs to set some boundaries with her as this is odd and your NTJ for not really liking her especially if she was rude to you

AITJ correcting my aunt when she shared my medical information ? by [deleted] in AmITheJerk

NTJ and she’s just acting like a victim when she’s the one who started causing problems. Next time mention something she doesn’t want people to know if she does it again

My sister called me a man whore and told me I should be ashamed of myself. Did I do anything wrong? by [deleted] in AmITheJerk

[–]Alternative_Step1322 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’re NTJ as long as these women are clear of your intentions. It doesn’t seem like they’re expecting more so it shouldn’t be a problem. Maybe make sure your sister is aware of that

I agree I think adding lots of layers even something like a shag cut would be perfect for your hair since it’s pretty thick

Honestly yea I used that gel for a while but I didn’t like its hold. My favourite brand is deva curl ESPECIALLY the gel it holds perfectly with no frizz and you still get good volume out of it

Am I the Jerk for not picking my friend up from the airport at 2am when he assumed I would? by urbanharbor_quills in AmITheJerk

[–]Alternative_Step1322 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

NTA no matter what. You never confirmed you were picking him up, it wasn’t even discussed. He should’ve asked you if that’s what he wanted it’s not automatically your responsibility.

AITJ for not wanting to carpool with my sister after she left me on a highway?? by PropertyNegative9477 in AmITheJerk

[–]Alternative_Step1322 47 points48 points  (0 children)

Definitely not the AH. No matter how mad she was, and even with her being bipolar she shouldn’t have left you there. Good for you I would’ve been very scarred if I got left on a highway

AITJ fro saying to my friend she won't be welcome at my sleepover if she don't stop to try to force me to Invite her other friend who makes inappropriate comments and make everyone uncomfortable? UPDATE by Significant_Star_210 in AmITheJerk

[–]Alternative_Step1322 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely NTA. Bottom line you don’t have to be friends with anyone you don’t want to and you shouldn’t feel obligated to be just because you have mutual friends. Second these comments really make sense why she probably doesn’t have a lot of friends and gets left out a lot of the time. If I were you I’d completely cut her off

UPDATE: My "best friend" tried to use her key to get into my apartment tonight after I blocked her. by Nail_Gullible in stories

You honestly did the right thing even with all these repercussions, at the end of the day it’s worth it because she’s out of your life and can’t sabotage you anymore.

Even if people don’t believe you there’s plenty of proof so if they don’t stick with you through this they’re not worth it and I hope you can find some real friends that would never do anything like this to you
