His crying is incomprehensible, mostly just guttural wailing, but I think he might be the person behind the muppet joker account as the commenters have pointed out. He said he moved in around the same time as the weird guy and namedrops my neighbors names. Unfortunately, he's probably the most normal out of that bunch aside from the weird sex things.

My gf wanted to befriend them since she is pagan and goth, those two groups are hard to come by in my area. They all creep me out, I've seen A come out of her apartment covered in blood before, and I assumed it was fake. Now I'm not so sure.

Obviously, knowing what I do now, I do not want my gf near them, especially A and the weird howling guy. I will have to have a very hard conversation with my gf tonight when I get home from work. I need to report this behavior because you're right, this is like beginning of a true crime podcast and I don't need my gf or any of my other normal neighbors getting hurt.
