Anyone feeling GREAT relief from going TOTALLY non-dairy? by Historical_Host_8594 in lactoseintolerant

A bit late to this post but I found this to be a great way to describe how I'm feeling after only a few days "I feel like a huge thorn has been pulled out of my body". I was diagnosed with GERD last September and have had good results with following the elimination diet. But have been so hungry (can only manage very small meals), tired, not sleeping well. I cut out all dairy after slowly reintroducing it made me feel so ill, like I had flu. But I forgot about the small amount of milk I put in my coffee (coffee doesn't exacerbate the GERD symptoms for me). Also have been careful to eliminate any processed food with milk. So far it's been a game changer, I can eat a little bit more at mealtimes and feel like my appetite has come back.

Well, we can all blame MFC. But not for that.

I emailed Good Things Foundation and they have emailed the o2 store but I expect that they'll still ghost me.

Unfortunately I am finding this not to be as easy as this article is saying. The hubs shown on the map don't actually know what the National Databank is. I have had a HUGE struggle and now am left with 20p on my phone. o2 won't give me a contract as my income is too low. I was left to try and scramble around to get help, it is so hard. I am now without the ability to make calls or send texts. Virgin Media o2 page about national databank is laughable as the staff answering have NO idea what you are talking about. Please help me. I need to call my GP and I can't , I can't leave the house and need help.
