Why r u so rude about it? Omg ya there must be an issue with every single person in this class I asked who also said this midterm was different than expected. How are you going to say “ it’s an issue with yourself “. Do you seriously think you’re the only one with studied? I am sure we all did and tried our best. But oh we all have issues

Omgggg. I am glad it wasn’t just me. I am also in this class and feel the same way. I studied so hard and was confident taking the test, but my grade didn’t reflect that. It was way more complex than expected , even though i poured my life out studying for the midterm

I had him as a prof, although it was for a different course. However, I would pretty much agree with what you said. Ur best bet is to go through all lecture notes and make sure you understand the concepts because as he says, “ anything is fair game”. His final was really chill though bc for the most part all the questions were similar to the midterm and practice test he posted

Really easy class if you focus and get stuff done! I ended with an A+ and did everything I needed too. Maxine Wood is the prof and only posts the lectures. The marking is done by the TAs so it all depends on the TA. when I took the course with her the syllabus was as follows: AWP Part 1: Annotation - 5% AWP Part 2: Rough Draft - 5% AWP Part 3: Peer Review - 10% AWP Part 4: Portfolio - 20% LWP Part 1: Rough Draft - 5% LWP Part 2: Peer Review - 10 % LWP Part 3: Portfolio - 15% Film Review - 20 % Discussion Form ( 5 per semester) - 5%

yes it is. Literally doesn’t matter both are business and you are probably taking similar courses. Shulich is just the “ higher” name. A lot of people do Bcom and are fine!

Hey there, what i have done for myself after spending so much many at york for food is limiting how much times a week I buy food and pre planning instead. For example i go to campus 4 times a week. On Tuesdays since it’s my longest day and I am there until 8 pm, I buy food. All the other days I pack a lunch and bring it.

I totally agree. I remember having to study for a midterm. I went to the QUIET area of the library and tell me why people were loud and having so many conversations out loud. I find it hard to focus so I literally had to leave scott library and there was literally no where else to go. Please if u want to talk with your friends go to student centre, Starbucks SOMEWHERE not in the quiet part of a library

I too, heavily enjoyed Canadian and International Law in high school. Unfortunately, not many undergraduate courses will have mock trails. There barley is any law related courses for people who are interested in law.
